Q: Where should I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
A: It depends which airport you will be arriving at. At Reagan National Airport (DCA) your chauffeur will be waiting at our holding lot which is 2-3 minutes away from the airport. Once you are ready, please give us a call and your chauffeur will meet you at the second curb on arrivals level. Please remember to specify which door number you are close to. For domestic flights at Dulles International Airport (IAD) your chauffeur will be waiting for you in front of your baggage claim. For International flights he will be waiting in front of International Arrivals. In both cases he will be holding your name sign.

Q: I do not see my city in your RATES page. Do you serve my area?
A: Yes, we do. We serve all of Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Please give us a call or e-mail for a Free quote.

Q: Do you charge additional fees?
A: No, we are one of the few companies in Washington DC area that do not charge extra fees such as fuel surcharge, toll fees, early morning fees and so on. The price that you see on our RATES page is what you will be charged for the service. Additional fee is charged only if you are late from your scheduled time. Our chauffeur will wait for you for free for 15 minutes going to Airports or Point to Point Transfers and 45 minutes from the Airports.

Q: Will my chauffeur assist with my luggage?
A: Absolutely! Your personal driver is there to serve you from the moment he greets you until he gets you to your destination, safe and sound.

Q: How many bags can I take?
A: Dcacar operates Lincoln Town Car luxury sedans with large trunks. If it fits in our trunk , we'll take it. SUV's have larger trunks if you are taking more than 5 pieces SUV would be your best shot. Typically that means about 4 standard suitcases and a few smaller items for Lincoln Town Cars.

Q: Does Dcacar provide car seats?
A: No, please bring your own car seats.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your reservation at any time. However, to get a full refund, please make your cancellation no later than 4 hours BEFORE your scheduled pick up time. . Dcacar will track your flight for our representative to meet you at the airport on time. However, it is the passenger's responsibility to notify Dcacar if they change flights. Please, call and notify us of any changes. You will be charged a No Show fee (full fare including) if you fail to notify Dcacar of a flight change.

Q: How soon will my chauffeur arrive?
A: We strive to never be late for a pick up and therefore our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes earlier from reserved time. We are not rushing you: please take your time; we want you to know that we are there if you need to leave a little early.

Q: How long will you wait for me at the airport?
A: We give our clients 45-minute grace period for domestic and 75-minute for international arrivals. The grace period starts once your flight lands and not at your scheduled pick up time. If we see you later than above mentioned times the waiting time is $15 per 15 minutes.

Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: That’s not a problem: we track all our clients’ flights, so we will know if it is late or early. However, please, notify us ASAP if you change your flight. If you fail to do that, you will be charged for your trip, as we will have no way of knowing why you did not show up.
