Can car services pick up at LAX?
Yes. Car services, including other TCP-licensed livery vehicles and luxury TNCs can enter the curb area and pick up at LAX airport. They can approach the respective median across the terminal you will be arriving at.
Where should I meet my chauffeur at LAX Airport?
Curbside: your chauffeur will be waiting at our holding lot which is several minutes away from the airport. Once you land your driver will send you a text with his phone number. Please call your driver when you have your luggage and your chauffeur will meet you at the passenger pick-up median. Please remember to specify the number of the pillar you are close to.
Meet and Greet: for domestic flights your chauffeur will be waiting for you in front of your baggage claim. For International flights arriving at Tom Bradley International Terminal, we will be waiting in front of International Arrivals. In both cases, we will be holding a name sign.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. However, to get a full refund, please make your cancellation no later than 4 hours BEFORE your scheduled pickup time. We'll track your flight to meet you at the Los Angeles International Airport on time. However, it is the passenger's responsibility to notify DCAcar if they change flights. Please call and notify us of any changes. You will be charged a No Show fee (full fare) if you fail to notify us of a flight change.
What time should I get to LAX?
As per the airport recommendation passengers flying domestically should be at the airport 2 hours to their flight and international travelers should plan to arrive 3 hours before.
How many bags can I take?
DCAcar operates Cadillac XTS and Lincoln MKS luxury sedans with large trunks. If it fits in our trunk, we'll take it. Executive SUVs have larger trunks. If you are taking more than 3 pieces, an SUV would be your best option.
Do you do non-airport pickups?
Yes, we provide point to point transfers, hourly charters, as well as private custom tours in Los Angeles.
What if my flight to LAX is delayed?
That’s not a problem: we track all our clients’ flights, so we will know if it is late or early. However, please, notify us ASAP if you change your flight.
I am arriving on a Private Flight. Can you pick me up?
We service the following Private airports:
• Signature Flight Support LAX
• Atlantic Aviation LAX
Please note when booking online to select a “One-Way Transfer” from the drop-down menu and input the name and the address of the Private Airport. Don’t forget to include the Tail number in the Special Notes section.

A couple of things you might want to consider while planning your trip to LA:
- LA is famous for its bumper-to-bumper traffic. It might take a long time to travel relatively short distances. Below we have highlighted some estimates based on real historical data; ranges indicate road time from LAX airport during normal and rush hour traffic:
Beverly Hills: 12 miles, 30min - 1h 20min
Hollywood: 14miles, 40min -1h 40min
Santa Monica: 9 miles, 25 - 50min
After all, it might be worth getting executive car service in Los Angeles and enjoy your ride in an immaculate luxury vehicle equipped with water and mints and operated by a courteous chauffeur.
- When you arrive at Los Angeles International Airport LAX you cannot take an Uber, Lyft or Taxi at the curb like before. Now there is a dedicated pickup lot which is called LAX-it. To get there you have to take a walk or Los Angeles airport shuttle from your terminal. When ready to go, depending on which terminal you're starting at, it might take you another 30-50 minutes to catch an Uber.
Can DCAcar pick up at LAX?
Of course, our Los Angeles car service can pick you up at LAX. In fact, currently they are the only ones allowed to pick up at the curb. After the recent change Uber, Lyft can only pick up at a designated lot LAX-it. LAX-it is 10min walk or an airport shuttle ride away from the terminal.

Things to do
Located in Anaheim, CA, this Disneyland Resort is the original theme park founded by Walt Disney. It's a combination of two parks: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. The first is the original one with classic attractions such as "Indiana Jones Adventure", "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Splash Mountain". The must-see here is the newly opened "Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge." Disney California Adventure features more modern thrill rides with drops such as "Increadicoaster", "Guardians of the Galaxy", "Grizzly River Run." It is possible to get hopper tickets, which will work for both parks.
Shopping
Featured with nice water fountains and an old fashioned trolley it is located at the historic Farmers Market. It has a very pretty landscape and is so popular that people just hang out there.
Nightlife
This is a glamorous rooftop restaurant/bar with a nice view of Downtown L.A, which occupies the top 2 floors of the building. French-inspired rooftop bistro restaurant is on the 15th floor and the bar is on the 16th. Both have a nice and unique ambiance, featuring detailed woodwork ornate fireplaces and live jazz music. Later into the evening, the DJ will take control to secure the nice lounge atmosphere. BTW cocktails are awesome here.
